At the LOPEC 2024 Start-up Forum, selected founders will present their business ideas in ten-minute pitches. The aim of the Start-up Forum each year is to find partners and investors to support the realization of the founders’ plans and ideas. A Board of Experts of investors and companies reviews the submitted applications in the run-up to LOPEC and puts together a selection which then present their business idea on site at the LOPEC Start-up Forum on March 6, 2024. The best presentations in each of the categories Best Business Case and Most Impactful Technology or Most Impactful Product will be selected by a jury and awarded the LOPEC Start-up Award at the LOPEC Get-together on March 6, 2024. As a special honor, the two winners will each be provided with a start-up full-service stand package worth around €2,000 free of charge at LOPEC 2025. Both the Get-together and the Award Show are open to all exhibitors, conference participants and trade fair visitors. Interested? Then submit your application for the Start-up Forum Award here. The application deadline is Tuesday, November 28, 2023. A high-ranking Board of Experts will evaluate the submitted applications and select the start-ups that will then be allowed to present their business idea live in the second round at the Start-up Forum during LOPEC 2024. From this group of nominees, a jury will then select the two winners in the categories Best Business Case and Most Impactful Technology or Most Impactful Product.
